Earn rich experiences with right chanting of mantras


Since I had 20years of experience with chanting of various mantras,I am hereby  sharing some of my experiences:
-As beginner one should always start chanting with very simple mantras which are easy to pronounce correctly.
-preferably beginners should start chanting with 'OM' because it is very simple and easy to remember, moreover it is whole mantra in itself .
-all mantras are not effective without OM so it is route of all mantras.
For example: take maha Mantra "OM NAMAH SHIVAYE", it is also starting with "OM" & also same mahamantra can be chanted as"OM NAMAH SHIVAYE OM",it is depicting starting and closure of individual mantra.
-Mantras starting with OM and closing at OM are more effective.
-At begining one should start chanting of mantras at very low speed and slightly louder than normal, so that the sound is clearly audible to themselves, at the same time is easy to memorise.
-Once you achieve perfection with correct pronunciation and memorised word by word at lower speed, then you can move ahead and increase your speed further.
-chanting of mantras should be done in multiples of 3,9,27,or108.
-counting of chantings can be
done with sphutic ,Tulsi, Rudraksh mala or even by left and right hand fingers.
-while chanting you should sit all allown in a peaceful room, on an insulated Matt, facing east and with your eyes closed.
-In no case while you are chanting mantras, should anybody disturb by touching you.
-because when you start chanting with your eyes closed the fresh energy is generated and try to distract negative or energy already existing in your body,this process continues till your chanting is going on,the moment some body comes and touches you in between,you may get sudden shock and may open your eyes,this may lead to light to sever headache.
-So start and closure of chanting without any disturbance is very important.
-once you stop chanting you should continue sitting with eyes closed and feel the vibration all over your body till it dies down.
This is just like wearing fresh cloths everyday.
-when your vibration dies down then you relax and slowly open your eyes and touch the floor three times with your right hand's ring and middle finger so that fresh energy remains stored in your body only.
-getup slowly and abrubt gettingup is also prohibited.
-you should repeat this process everyday at same time at same place.
-Once you achieve perfection with your chanting loudly with slow speed you can increase speed ie if you are completing 108nos of chanting in 15 min then try to reduce it to 10min,then to 5or 6mins.
-In any case don't be impatient to increasing speed,rather let it happen by it's own, in due course of time.
-now when you feel you are comfortable with chanting at adequate speed but with louder voice,and are able to feel the benifits,you try to reduce the loudness of your voice to the levels just audible to you.
-once you are comfortable and acquire further faith in chanting, you start chanting with only tounge and lips but with no sound, however still you can feal it's vibration very clearly.
-when you are comfortable with it and acquire further faith and depth in your chanting, your chanting shall start  whenever your think of it and while meditation if you achieve this stage then you can feel your vibration of chanting from deep inside with your tougue stuck to upper portion inside your mouth.
This is ultimate stage of chanting where in sometimes you feel your chanting vibration s matches your pulse and slowly you will develop an ability to control then or even your breath may stop for sometime but you still continue chanting from within.
This is ultimate stage of chanting after this once you are comfortable with this you can start chanting anywhere, any time at any position,any circumstances.
Untill you achieve this ultimate stage you should only chant mantras while meditation.
To earn rich experiences with chanting of mantras you should have lot off patience in your approach towards achieving ultimate stage, and allow it to happen in due course of time.
