Boost your immune system with meditation

Meditation is an very important tool for boosting your godgifted immune system.
It is very important that you should try to implement the following steps in your daily routine before starting meditation:-
1)try to be 100%vegiterian

-Now after you had started practicing the above steps you can move ahead to start practicing "meditation".
-Based on my 10years of experience with meditation, I am able to confirm:-
-meditation is an worship which one should practice in daily routine.
-Worship through meditation is far more fruitful than any other methods.
-How to start worship thru meditation:
1)best time for starting worship thru meditation is 5am to 7am and 6pm to 7pm.
2)wakeup and be ready to start by 5am.
-When you are ready,you should choose a peaceful room in your home,where you can sit allown for minimum 30mins to 1hr without any disturbance.
-Now you should sit facing east on a Matt spread on the floor, preferably  in pudmasan, if not
possible please don't worry, sit in a comfortable posture but with back straight.
-Your Matt should be made of wool or cotton or any other materials with Property  to insulate your body from floor, otherwise whatever positive energy is generated while meditation will get earthed immediately and same will not be absorbed in your body.
-Now you are ready to begin meditation.
-first of all sit in comfortable posture facing east but with straight back bone ,at the same time your body to be kept loose,now close your eyes&start chanting "OM"  slowly in low
voice only audible to you.Try to concentrate on your chanting sound and try to feel positive energy travelling from your lower part of your body towards uper part.
-continue chanting "OM" till you can concentrate, maybe 15minutes,then you stop chanting, but keep your eyes closed for further 10 minutes and try to feel the positive vibrations all over your body.
-After you stop feeling vibrations you can open your eyes.
-Before getting up you should touch the floor with your right hand ring and middle fingers three time and then get-up from your matt.
-Now practice this for minimum 6days at the same time, at same place.
-after you are use to this worship thru meditation along with chanting of "OM," move to next step:-
-in this step you sit all allown in a room facing east on a woollen or cotton matt with your eyes closed,start worship with chanting 3times "OM",then start praying "Gurur Devo,  Gurur Vishnu, Gurur maheshwara, Gurur shakshat, par Brahma, tusmeyi shri guruye namah",next pray for your well beings,then start chanting of maha Mantra "OM NAMAH SHIVAYE" in multiple of 9nos, while you continue chanting in low voice, only audible to you,try to concentrate on
chanting sound, continue chanting till you could concentrate or till 108 times chanting is completed,now you stop the chanting and complete the prayer by saying- aham eh jup purn karishiye or I am completing my chanting and chant again three times "OM", that's it your worship is over,
but keep your eyes closed and feel the vibrations all over your body till it dies down and then open your eyes and relax for some time then touch floor three times with your right hand's middle and ring fingers, then get-up.
-you continue this process of worship thru meditation and chanting of maha Mantra throughout your life.
In due course of time if you have faith in this process this maha Mantra will become everything for you that's your god,your guru,your guide,every-every thing and will remain with you as your personal property, which  nobody can steal from you.

All this I am able to tell you because I had experienced the benifits from last 10years.

So when an ordinary man like me can get benefited then everyone else can also be benifited, so I shared my this experience for the benefit of you all.
