Boost your immune system with fasting

Today I am going to share with you some important facts about  fasting based on my spiritual experiences for last 35years.
I had been practicing fasting since I was 22years of age and had experienced many useful facts which I shall be sharing with you.
To start with let us try to understand what fasting is all about:
fasting is being understood in many ways like it is an spiritual practice,guidance of a spiritual gurus is necessary,it is a subject of well qualified dietitians etc-etc...
Based on my 30 years of experience let me confirm that no special guidance is required to start practicing because in this whatever you have to do is with your own body with your own decisions, no one else can understand your body more than you yourself.One thing keep in mind, your body is an precious gift of god to you, so it is your own personal property which no one can steel from you,what i mean to say is, you can have fear of loosing any thing in life that is your hard earned money,property, relationship,vehicles etc anything, but your body will always remain with you even in the state you have lost everything else because it's your god gifted personal property.
Now once you have understood that you have to practice something which is for the benefit of your own property you should stop roaming here and there asking spiritual gurus, dieticians etc what is good for you and how to start practicing.
let me tell you that i am also an ordinary man like you, simply practicing fasting on my own from last so many year and had enjoyed many spiritual benifits which i am going to share with you.
firstly let me explain how to start with fasting:
1)stop eating nonveg,even egg of any type two weeks ahead when you decide to start fasting.
why?
 -because fasting is a method to test your own"god gifted immune system" existing in your body so you should intake eatables more near to nature so that natural positive energy is generated inside your body, then only you can experience the real benefit of fasting.
So you have understood that your eating habits and real benefit of fasting is correlated.
(a)you should also start practicing chanting of maha mantra "OM NAMAH SHIVAYE" in multiple of nine nos.
2)now being 100% vegetarian and practicing chanting of maha mantras since two weeks you can start fasting by choosing any of the following options:
a)leave any of your most liked dishes only and carry on with your normal eating daily routine.
-you can stick to this routine for minimum three days or multiple of three days.
b) after you had tested your  determination with option(a) you can move ahead with next step of leaving two meals per day and stick to it for three days or multiple of three days.
c) now if you are feeling confident and comfortable with option (b) you can move to next step of leaving your routine meals 100% and start taking only fruits,juice,milk, potatoes,spinach,sabudana khichdi etc.
-again stick to this routine for minimum three days or multiple of three days.
d)once you had achieved confidence with option (c) you can move ahead to final step of fasting that is leaving both routine meals and fruits etc 100% and only having water, that too you can have in fixed time intervals only.
- sticking to this routine for three days or multiple of three days.
caution:this option is an ultimate of fasting for a comman man like you and me and lot of determination and body bearing capacity is required to practice it successfully which varies from person to person.
Again keep in mind it is difficult but not impossible.
So keep on practicing till you you get use to it.
By now i think i am able to explain you how to start practicing fasting.
further let me tell you best part of the year when i practice fasting inorder to get ultimate results: 
Since 35years i had practiced fasting during many occasions in a year but from last ten years onwards i am practicing fasting only two time in a year that is during "NAVRATRI"(9 divine nights) when we, here in india worship feminine form of spiritual power. 
-NAVRATRI fasting is very advantageous because it usually comes in the 2 transition period of season's change, that is one when 'winter to summer' and another is when 'rainy season to winter season'.
-Before and after NAVRATRI our body experiences lot of changes like-change in eating habits due to change of seasons and fasting during this period helps in boosting our god gifted immune system to adapt these changes.
Let me tell you my recent experience of NAVRATRI fasting that is from 25march to 2nd april:
-i had successfully completed 5days with choice(c) +2days with choice(d)+1day(8th day) i had one meal+1day(9th day) i had 2meals=9days.
with choice (d) i had best experience- because no intake only me,my body,my chanting of mantras and my god gifted immune system-its very different experience and is beyond any scientific justifications,it cannot be framed in words but can only be practically experienced.
Now let me conclude advantages of fasting along with chanting of mantras:
-your natural god gifted immune system is tested to it's ultimate limit because of which it gets energized to new levels and inturn helps you to fight both negative energies present inside and outside your body.
-your will power is also tested.
-after completing successfully you get mental satisfaction & confidence because  you are able to complete fasting  successfully.

So any body and every body can practice fasting and get their immune system boosted to new levels.
caution: fasting is not recommended for people who are allready on routine medication.
